Why Do I Need DLP Tables?
Trying to book a table at Disneyland Paris can quickly turn from a dream come true into a nightmare beyond Mickey’s imagination.
On the outside, it seems like once you’ve paid for your holiday, you log into the Disneyland Paris app and voila – book a table at your favourite restaurant.
But what happens more often is that all the best tables are sold out. Or they’ve not yet become available for booking because you are staying at an offsite hotel. Then you find yourself checking the app morning, noon, and night for a booking to become available. Only to be disappointed time and time again, increasingly frustrated when you can’t get a table.
The solution is DLP Tables.
At its heart, the DLP Tables service is a (virtual) beacon that lights up when a restaurant within Disneyland Paris becomes available for reservation. This means you no longer need to constantly refresh the app. Nor engage in the precarious balancing act of hoping for an open table while juggling your plans and park itinerary.
DLP Tables will notify you in real time when the dining spot of your dreams is ready to be reserved.

How Does DLP Tables Work?
Just like Aladdin rubbing a magic lamp and making a wish, DLP Tables is ready and waiting to find your next dining reservation.
But How Does it Actually Do That?
Once you’ve set up your alert, the app checks for availability. 24 hours a day DLP Tables will be looking for your chosen restaurant to become available for your selected date, time and party size. When it finds that table, you will immediately get an email to book it.
When you receive the email from DLP Tables, you will make your table reservation the normal way:
- Right away, open the Disneyland Paris app
- Select ‘Book a table’
- Put in the restaurant, date, and number of guests
- If you’re quick enough, you should see the table available to book. So go ahead and grab it!
If you are not fast enough to get that table, don’t worry. DLP Tables will keep sending table alerts until you choose to switch it off.

What Does DLP Tables Cost?
There are 4 different options for DLP tables, which you can cancel anytime.

.
- OPTION 1: ONE EMAIL ALERT. COST: FREE
With this option, you will pick one restaurant and one meal time (i.e. breakfast, lunch or dinner at Plaza Gardens), and DLP tables will send you an email alert as soon as it becomes available. If you miss out, don’t worry. It will continue to send alerts until you switch it off or the date/time has passed for the reservation.
- OPTION 2: ONE EMAIL ALERT. COST: €4 per reservation request (one-time fee)
This is the same as the FREE version (see OPTION 1) except you get Priority Alerts. Priority Alerts are explained below.
- OPTION 3: 20 EMAIL ALERTS. COST: €10 per month (cancel anytime)
Looking for more than one restaurant or more than one meal time? OPTION 3 means you can ask for up to 20 alerts for all the restaurants and meal times that you want. For example, you can put alerts for breakfast and dinner at Plaza Gardens, dinner at Downtown, breakfast at Auberge de Cendrillon and lunch at Agrabah. Up to 20 different table reservation requests are included.
- OPTION 4: 20 EMAIL + SMS TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS. COST: €14 per month (cancel anytime)
If you’re after a very popular table such as princess dining, character meals, Downtown Restaurant or PYM Kitchen (especially in busy seasons), this is the plan for you.
Set up to 20 alerts. DLP Tables will email AND send a text message when that table becomes available. You can be instantly alerted for your table and have the best chance of snagging it.
? FAQ What are ‘Priority Alerts’?
For users on the free plan, DLP Tables checks for reservations every 45-60 minutes.
For users with Priority Alerts (all paid plans have this), DLP Tables checks for reservations every 1-10 minutes.

How Soon Should I Book a Restaurant at Disneyland Paris?
In general, this is when you can book a table at Disneyland Paris:
- If you have a Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets package and have your booking linked in the Disneyland Paris app, you should be able to reserve tables up to 12 months in advance. But be aware, that the exact time varies slightly between restaurants. Some restaurants only release their tables several months in advance, so keep checking.
- If you are staying offsite, you can book tables up to 60 days in advance. However, tables at the most in-demand restaurants will likely be reserved by hotel guests. So, in busy seasons, you may find no availability at the 60-day mark.
The good news is that tables usually become available 1-2 weeks in advance when Disney guests make cancellations before their payments are due.
Setting up your alert on DLP Tables is a great way to be notified as soon as they become available, without you having to constantly check the app.

✏️ Tips on Getting a Table When They Are Sold Out
I have a full guide to Booking a Table at Disneyland Paris (even when they are sold out). In that post, I reveal all the options, strategies, phone numbers and when you can book dining reservations.
Here are some extra tips if you plan on using DLP Tables.
- Add al****@*******es.com to your contacts in your email. This will ensure your alerts don’t go to spam. (Yahoo mail and AOL are the most likely to put table alerts in spam.)
- If you’re at all worried about email delivery, sign up for SMS alerts.
- If you have a larger group (over 6), set up alerts for 2 or more smaller tables. They come up more often.
- If you have a Disney hotel booking, then once you have fully paid for your hotel, you can book character dining as an add-on. You can even choose dates that are not available through regular restaurant booking (if dates are still available for hotel guests).
So, Is DLP Tables Worth It?
I am super organised, but booking tables is a headache even for me.
I love that using DLP Tables saves me so much time. Rather than logging into the Disney app over and over, and checking repeatedly for restaurant table availability, I just set up my alert, get the text message and grab my table.
Spending €14 (about £11.50) is worth it for me to get my favourite tables without all the stress. And I can easily cancel my subscription until my next Disney trip.
DLP Tables Worked Out Great. Now, How Can I Cancel?
It’s easy to cancel your subscription to DLP Tables when you no longer need the service.
- Sign in to your account
- Click the user avatar on the top right
- Select ‘Manage Subscription’
After cancelling, you will not be charged again, but you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

Troubleshooting
If you have signed up for DLP Tables and run into a little snag, here are the solutions.
? FAQ I set up an alert but didn’t receive a notification.
Disneyland Paris restaurants are bookable 60 days in advance for offsite guests. For hotel guests, the booking window varies from 2 to 12 months.
✏️ PRO TIP Don’t forget to link your hotel booking in the Disneyland Paris app if you’re trying to book a table more than 60 days in advance.
If you set up a reservation alert further in advance, you won’t start receiving notifications until your selected date is within that booking window.
If your reservation is within the booking window, it could be that no tables are free yet (see below). But don’t worry! Most of the tables are available 1-2 weeks in advance.
? FAQ I received an alert, but the table is not showing up in the Disneyland Paris app.
DLP Tables notify you as soon as they find an available table, but it is possible for someone else to book it between the time you receive your notification and when you open your app.
So, to have the best chance for your table, make your reservation as soon as you receive your notification. Also, for popular tables, you will have better luck with Priority Alerts than Free Alerts.
Ultimately, Is DLP Tables Right for YOU?
I hope this guide has helped you understand the costs and benefits of DLP Tables.
In short, if you are trying to book the most popular restaurants like Auberge de Cendrillon (Princess Dining), Plaza Gardens character meals, PYM Kitchen in Marvel Campus, or Downtown at Disney’s Art of Marvel Hotel, then DLP Tables is invaluable.
