Peter Pan Float is BACK in Disney Stars on Parade at Disneyland Paris! 🏴☠️✨
After a dramatic disappearance in 2022 (thanks to an unfortunate oops moment involving a railroad bridge—turns out even pixie dust can’t fix everything), Peter Pan’s full parade float has finally returned to Disney Stars on Parade at Disneyland Paris! 🎉
For the last couple of years, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee have been holding the fort—well, Skull Rock—while Peter, Wendy, and the Lost Boys had to make their way through the parade on foot. But not anymore! The full float, complete with its swinging pirate ship, is back, and it’s looking as epic as ever!

So… What Happened to the Float?
Parade floats at Disneyland Paris have to pass under a railroad bridge to get backstage, and many of them are cleverly designed to fold down to make it through. Unfortunately, back in 2022, the Peter Pan float wasn’t folded properly, resulting in a less-than-magical collision. The damage was bad enough that the float had to be taken out of service for a long repair job.
In the meantime, the Disney Stars on Parade team made do with a modified version—Hook and Smee continued to ride on the Skull Rock section, while Peter, Wendy, and The Lost Boys performed choreography on the ground. But let’s be honest, it was never quite the same without that pirate ship soaring between crescent moons!
Where Did the Float Come From?
Before its Disneyland Paris adventure (and its unexpected break), this float actually starred in Tokyo Disneyland’s Jubilation! Parade (2008-2013). So it’s already had quite the globetrotting journey before settling at DLP!
Can You See It Now?
Yes! As of today, the full Peter Pan float is officially back in Disney Stars on Parade, which takes place every afternoon at Disneyland Paris. If you love a good parade moment (and let’s be real, who doesn’t?), now’s the perfect time to check it out!
