🎄 Christmas at Disneyland Paris 2025: Quick Guide to What’s NEW! 🎅✨

Last year was already the stuff of twinkly daydreams, but Disneyland Paris Christmas 2025 plans are making me think this year is looking extra special. Mrs Claus is finally stepping into the spotlight (about time, right?), Belle’s pulling her winter gown out of the royal wardrobe, and Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade is set to turn Main Street into a glittering fairytale.

The season runs from 8 November 2025 to 6 January 2026 — which means you could quite literally ring in the New Year with fireworks over Sleeping Beauty Castle. Not a bad way to pair your champagne flute for a Mickey-shaped snack, if you ask me.

✨ What’s New for Disneyland Paris Christmas 2025

This year’s Christmas line-up comes with a few sparkling surprises tucked under the tree:

  • Mrs Claus – At long last, the woman behind the man is stepping out of the North Pole and into Disneyland Paris. She’ll be greeting guests, telling cosy stories, and generally proving she’s just as photo-worthy as Santa.
  • Belle’s Winter Gown – She’ll be out for meets and about looking every bit the Christmas princess.
  • Fresh Festive Looks – New costumes for some characters and shiny new projections on Main Street, U.S.A. that will make you wonder if Disney secretly hired the Northern Lights as consultants.

Disney teased us with images of Santa and Mrs Claus on holiday this summer.
Because, surprise! Mrs Claus will be joining Santa for the Disneyland Paris Christmas 2025 celebrations for the first time.

🎅 Christmas 2025 Characters

Meeting characters is always a highlight, but Christmas 2025 is shaping up to be especially magical:

  • Santa Claus – Still holding court in his chalet until Christmas Eve, ready for wish lists and photo ops galore.
  • Mrs Claus – New this year, joining Santa we suspect, bringing a dose of storytelling charm and warm holiday cheer.
  • Aurora & Prince Phillip – Popping into the Castle Courtyard once a day like they’ve just stepped out of a romantic storybook Christmas card.
  • Chip ‘n’ Dale, Stitch, and Goofy – Suiting up in Santa outfits, because apparently one Santa just isn’t enough for Disneyland Paris. spotted in their festive suits (this I cannot wait to see).
  • Sandy Claws (Jack Skellington) – A frightfully festive meet, complete with red suit and eerie cheer — he’s back to prove Halloween Town really can do Christmas.

  • Let’s Sing Christmas! – A joyful carol-fest at Videopolis Theatre led by Mickey, Minnie, and friends, complete with choir harmonies that will have you humming all the way back to your hotel.
  • Disney Princesses Holiday Season Celebration – A royal waltz at Sleeping Beauty Castle featuring princesses from Snow White to Mulan in their winter finery, proving even royalty can’t resist a festive twirl.
  • Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony – Each evening, from November 21st, in Town Square, with Mickey, friends, and a live choir flipping the ‘on’ switch for the towering tree and filling the air with cheer.

🎄 Festive Atmosphere

If there’s one thing Disneyland Paris knows how to do, it’s atmosphere — and at Christmas, they go all out:

  • Snow on Main Street, U.S.A. – Falling several times a day, because apparently Disney can even schedule the weather.
  • The Christmas Tree – A 24-metre-high giant in Town Square, lit each night from 21st of November with a flourish.
  • Main Street Projections – New for 2025! Dazzling after-dark displays that turn every stroll down our favourite street into a mini light show.

🍪 Festive Food & Drink

Calories don’t count at Christmas, right? Especially when the food looks this good:

  • Chalets Gourmands – Eleven festive food stalls spread across Fantasyland and Walt Disney Studios Park, serving everything from mulled wine (my fave!) to warming comfort food.
  • Sweet Treats – Mickey-shaped cookies, picture-perfect yule logs, and desserts so Christmassy they practically hum carols at you.
  • Hearty Meals from the Restaurants – Warming winter dishes, some with traditional seasonal flavours, designed to keep you fuelled through parades, shows, and more parades.

👑 Christmas at Disneyland Hotel

The freshly decorated Disneyland Hotel is pulling out all the stops for the festive season 2025/2026:

🎆 New Year’s Eve 2025

If you’re staying through to the end of the year, prepare for a party only Disney could throw:

  • DJ sets keeping Discoveryland and Frontierland buzzing into the night.
  • Special character appearances for those final selfies of 2025.
  • A grand midnight fireworks display over Sleeping Beauty Castle that will make you forget London’s even happened.
  • No separate ticket needed, but you’ll need to act fast as NYE always sells out in advance!

Honestly, is there a better way to say goodbye to 2025 than with Disney characters and fireworks? Didn’t think so.

✨ Over to You

So that’s the sparkling line-up for Disneyland Paris Christmas 2025! From Mrs Claus making her grand debut to Belle twirling in her winter gown and a New Year’s Eve party that promises fireworks (literally). I’ll be there with my hot chocolate in one hand and camera in the other, probably crying happy tears when the snow starts falling on Main Street.

But now I want to hear your thoughts!
