🎢 June at Disneyland Paris: Sunshine, Surprises, and Seriously Good Tips!
Ah, June. That sweet spot when the sun’s out, the kids aren’t all off school yet, and Disneyland Paris feels alive with colour, music, and character greetings. It’s one of my favourite times to visit the parks—warmer days, late sunsets, and plenty of cold drinks around every corner. Whether you’re planning a last-minute trip or you’ve had it booked since Christmas, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your adventure in June at Disneyland Paris.
☀️ What’s the Weather Like at Disneyland Paris in June?
- Expect highs around 23°C (73°F) and lows dipping to about 14°C (57°F).
- Sunsets are gloriously late (around 10 PM), which means more daylight for fun—and fireworks can’t start until 10:40 PM.
- You might catch the occasional rain shower, but most days are warm and dry.
Tip: The UV can creep up, especially during these long sunny afternoons, so pack that sunscreen—even if you’re more Rapunzel than Pascal in the skin tone department.
🧳 What to Pack for Disneyland Paris in June
Heading to Disneyland Paris in summer means thinking ahead: hot pavement, long hours, lots of walking—and often a quick dash from sunshine to rain.
Extra essentials for June:
- Comfortable walking sandals (yes, even Crocs if you’re that person—we won’t judge)
- Light raincoat (just in case)
- A reusable water bottle – so important for staying hydrated
- Power bank – your phone will be working overtime with the Disney app, games for the queue, and all those cute snack selfies
- Cooling towel – ideal when standing in the blazing queue for characters
- Portable handheld fan – and don’t forget to get one for little ones in prams
My Amazon must-haves for June:

- Handheld fan – also features a torch (for dark parts of the parks) and mini power bank!
- Stroller fan – because nap time is essential for everyone’s sanity
- Filtered water bottle (nicer) or foldable water bottle (cheaper, less to carry)
- INUI power bank – trust, you’ll want one with a lot of power!
- Disposable ponchos – if it’s only a slight chance of rain (also not bad at keeping kids clean when they get their first ice cream and it melts all over their clothes 😂)

👗 What to Wear at Disneyland Paris in June
The weather in June is usually sunny and warm — but it can surprise you with cooler mornings or the occasional rain shower. Light, breathable layers are your best friend.
Here’s what most visitors wear:
- Comfy trainers or cushioned sandals for long park days
- Lightweight trousers, shorts, or midi dresses (with pockets if possible!)
- A cardigan or light jumper for early mornings or evenings
- Optional: a Disney-themed sunhat, Minnie ears or heart-shaped sunglasses for that perfect photo-ready look
I tend to wear shorts and a sleeveless top or a playsuit because getting off and on rides just needs to be a tad more – shall we say? – respectable at my age!

- Weekdays in early June are relatively calm, but it ramps up mid-month as schools let out in other countries.
- Expect weekends to be very busy, especially with the Disney Music Festival still going strong!
- You’ll see more international visitors—British families on half-term, American tourists, visitors from Japan and more.

🎶 June Entertainment Highlights
This is not the time to sleep on live entertainment. The Disneyland Paris Music Festival 2025 is still playing across both parks, and honestly? It’s fabulous.

- Minnie’s Marching Band on Main Street – high energy and Minnie being totally adorable. J’adore!
- Goofy’s Imaginary Orchestra – dancing fountains and baton flourishes all with brilliant comedic timing!
- Grand Orchestra Finale – everything and everyone in one epic celebration. If you only catch one show, let this one be it.

- Late sunsets mean fireworks don’t start until 10:40 PM — so evening is the perfect time for a snack picnic or sneaky glass of champagne by the castle 🍾
- Crowds are high but not unbearable — try to rope drop and enjoy early mornings while most guests are still buttering their croissants
- Characters galore – June’s a hotspot for spontaneous meets, especially around Town Square and the Studios’ entrance. But beware that Meet Stitch is a Virtual Queue, so brush up before you go
